Mind-Body Alignment Coaching is a system of holistic coaching that supports the person being coached in getting out of their head and into their body through gentle yoga postures, coaching, meditation and breath-work with the intention of working toward an over arching goal. The theory is that every body has a story to tell and by getting into the body, we can gain clarity as to where we are getting stuck. Tightness and rigidity in the body are a direct reflection of tightness and rigidity in the mind.
By incorporating yoga postures into our coaching program, we create more space in the body to allow old stuck, stagnant energy to flow thereby creating greater freedom and range of movement not only on the mat but in one's life.

Yoga & Meditation
Life can throw many challenges our way and some times it is difficult to make sense of it all. Yoga and meditation are tools that help cultivate inner awareness so that you can approach life with a clear mind. Once we have a sense of where we are, we can more readily begin to align ourselves in the direction that our soul is calling us and live a life in accordance to our own truth (Satya).
Classes are private and max. two people per session. Please book an initial chit chat with me prior to our first session.

Holistic life coaching is the process of looking at the entirety of a person - mind, body, and spirit and holding the space for wisdom to arise. During a coaching call, you will be gently guided through an evoking awareness process to discover meaningful insights which will be used to develop concrete action steps. Each step you make will create forward momentum in cultivating the life you truly desire for yourself.
