This talk explores the flow of the masculine & feminine energies within us through a Tantric lens all while focusing on the experience of the feminine within a man's body. During our time together, we will discuss social constructs, releasing shame, what it means to cultivate safety from inside, and explore ways which men can work to bring the energies of masculine and feminine within them into a healthy state of internal balance.
