Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness is a tool for healing subconscious patterns in the mind through movement, breath work, mantra recitation, and meditation. ‘Kundalini’ is defined as a dormant energy that resides at the base of the spine.

 

During a Kundalini practice, also known as a ‘Kriya’ (to cleanse), the energy begins to rise through the subtle energy channels in the body, helping to heal, restore balance, and create new neurological pathways in the brain which open us up to new experiences in our lives. The practice is a tool for transformation, change, and deep healing.

Starting Sunday, January 5th, I will be offering weekly Kundalini yoga classes on Zoom every Sunday from 9:00 - 10:00 AM EST for 6 weeks. Classes are open to all and give participants a taste of the Kundalini experience. To anyone who has practiced yoga with me, this is a lot different from the usual postures we do in a typical movement-based practice. It’s quite unique but a lot of fun and very enlivening! I look forward to seeing you on Zoom soon!

Join me for a 30-day online meditation journey starting Sunday, January 5th at 8:00AM EST. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or brand new to the practice, this group experience is like hitting the reset button after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.

Structure & Details:

  • Meet online (Zoom) once a week on Sundays for the month of January from 8:00 - 8:45 AM with the intention being that participants engage in a consistent meditation practice through the week

  • Cost to join is $20.00/person

  • Each session will consist of a guided meditation, discussion and group support
